"The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com.
