"Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend."
"Considering the hotel is at M25 services, there was no traffic noise. The lady on check in was very friendly and made a fuss of the dog. The room was a bit dated but it was a dog-friendly room so can understand that. The only downsides were the toilet cistern took an age to refill after being flushed and the room smelt a little musty but for the price we paid, those of very minor complaints. It was good value for money."

"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
