"Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. Ferry right by the hotel took us to any lake town. Tanina even arranged for a car upon check out to take us to the train station. We appreciated all the help with our stay. We would definitely return! "
