"The atmosphere is really great, but I did find our room to be dirty. I did my own wipe down of the surfaces due to stuck on food and crumbs, there was also hair in the bed. Staff is very friendly though! Just wish they were more diligent to keep things properly clean."

"The bath towels were the size dish towels. Was hard to towel off after shower. There were no towels at the pool. The pool with water slide was freezing cold. Maybe heater was broken? There was mold on bottom of our shower curtain in our bathroom, I found the beds pretty uncomfortable, like maybe I could feel the springs putting pressure on body parts.I don’t get much sleep. "Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge"

"This hotel is extremely noisy. You can see the hallway light through the gap under the door and you can hear every single noise in the hallway. You can also hear every conversation through the walls and any noise above. The hotel pool completely bleached my swimsuit from purple to white and caused itchy burning skin for several days. A weird black rubber substance was floating in the hot tub, like bits of a gasket. Staff were friendly but often hard to find and not usually at the front desk but...

"Breakfast was excellent with good healthy choices. There was no shampoo so I interrupted my shower to go back to my bag and get my own. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean and crisp. Admission clerk was excellent but morning staff were struggling. In fairness they were overworked. Great value for what I received."

"This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good."
