"We booked the executive suite rooms thinking it was going to be heaps better than a normal room. It was old and the shower head wouldn't move so it made it a pain to shower. And windows really dirty ( smudged ) all over it. And the lifts also were inconvenient as 2 lifts were down for maintenance ..."
