"It was for a visiting friend. Room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bathroom. But something happened that worried her. On Sunday someone kept ringing the doorbell in the middle of the afternoon even after she shouted loudly that she was sleeping. 5~6 times for a couple of minutes. Was it housekeeping? That unsettled her for the rest of her stay. Said she had to keep the chair pushed against the door until she checked out. Does other guests have similar experience?"
"We booked a Family room and we loved our stay so much. The rooms were spotless and very well thought off. I love that it's a family room but it features privacy within the room itself. It had everything we needed and loved the smart toilet as well! Also, the staffs are amazing especially the concierge team who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A highly recommended hotel for families with young kids."
