"The breakfast buffet excellent and staff serving/cleaning tables was efficient and friendly. However, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms was negligent. Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on."

"Breakfast was sooooo overcrowded each morning we had to queue up each day for a decent amount of time the food was just ok our grandkids didn’t really eat each day but filled up on fruit"

"Staff are friendly and proactively offering to assist while they greet you. There were only bath tub and fixed shower head (without any handheld ones). The rooms have high ceiling, which makes you feel spacious. TV channels were very limited, couldn’t find CNN, BBC, etc. The buffet breakfast restaurant was also spacious, choices of food were quite basic."
