"We love this hotel and I lovehotels.com However this experience was not pleasant on the part of the hotel Hotels.com did great but upon check-in at this time was very unpleasant it took us 45 minutes to check in because of a mistake of an employee The employee made a mistake and prolonged the check in for us It was very frustrating because we had children in the car waiting"

"Make sure if you book through Expedia that you either price match through Hilton or you don’t book through Expedia when you stay at Hilton because contractually they are not allowed to do anything for you barely even greet you at that point. You are not allowed to change room rooms or anything do anything that you normally would be able to do as a hill and honor member while you’re staying there. I tried to let the person working there know that I was not handicapped in my room needed to be to one who was I did not feel right keeping that room, knowing that I didn’t need a handicapped accessible."

"Staff was great. Good place for emergency or quick stay. I’m a clean freak but understand the hotel biz, worked in some many years, but these floors had all kinds of stuff stuck to it and clearly visible in the bathroom and main room areas. Should have been taken care of. Washer and dryers were out of order the entire 4 night stay and that was very inconvenient for my family. NO pool, no breakfast. Just bare bones stay. The AC in the room also did not work properly. It wasn’t hot per se but as soon as the unit would shut off it would start getting hot. The first night we all woke up in the middle of the night sweating and I was right next to the unit. All in all not terrible but could have been better. In an emergency I would stay again"
