The Staff was super helpful and nice. It’s not the safest area to stay in. The lobby and dining area was very hot(portable ac units used). There were no wash cloths in the room when I arrived (thankfully I brought my own) mid day the next day the was cloths were available. The breakfast was only ok.

The hotel was great. Rooms were clean, made use of the pool they had as much as we could, it was always clean. Used the gym a few times which was also kept up with and cleaned. The staff were amazing. Had breakfast one time only because we like to sleep in but when we did it was good! Very close to the San Antonio airport about a 4min drive & downtown San Antonio was just a shy 10-12 min drive. Will be staying again.

Nice location. We appreciated the free parking. There was an annoying sound throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep soundly. The coffee at breakfast ran out early and it took quite some time before the staff replenished it. We did not have an adequate number of bathroom hand towels and washcloths. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone came from the back room. They had no washcloths to give me but gave me a hand towel to use as a washcloth.

Quick short few hr stay. Didnt have breakfast. Shuttle was not available due to no driver. Took Uber back to airport. Room was clean but even after putting new batteries in remote tv wouldn't work. Lobby was so dark and uninviting. It was a quick few hrs to shut eyes stay. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
