The hotel & rooms did not smell the greatest… We got used to the smell after a bit… I think it came from the air conditioning. Happy with the breakfast in the morning. Weren’t super pleased with the hotels delivery menu options, so we just door dashed to the room.

Great location and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and highway. Quiet at night, friendly staff. Only downside was there was a slight yellow stain on one of our beds comforter, and on the wall under the nightstand. But overall, would still come back for another stay. Did not get a chance to try out the breakfast during my stay since was off the property during that time frame.

The room was clean, bathroom and the sheets were clean that’s the reason for the higher rating. Building is a little run down with stained floors in the hallway. The sliding bathroom door would not close and there was no soap in the containers. Pool water was murky, only stayed for a nice. I hope with this review they can upgrade their hotel.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms were decently clean. The beds were ok to sleep on and the breakfast was ok too. What made this stay bad for us was first the noise. The people above us stomped around the entire time we were there. Why someone has to stomp around, back and forth, non stop all day is beyond me but enough that we called down to report it at 1am. It stopped shortly after so either they fell asleep or the staff handled it! Then the next morning someone’s dogs were whining at the crack of dawn for like 15 minutes. There is no sound proofing in the doors, in fact there’s about an inch gap at the bottom of the door that lets in all of the noise from the people walking by and annoying dogs. The door to the bathroom didn’t close. Not unless you slammed it shut, forcing closed and definitely not without making a bunch of noise. Unfortunately, the noise was enough to know not to book here again.

Room was clean but too much overhead noise from other rooms and outside. Not very restful time. Staff was helpful upon registration but the hold that us out on credit card is not immediately returned to the card used. I was there on a Wednesday and 3 days later the hold us still on my card.

This hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and it is in a nice area. It is also exceptionally clean. The staff was wonderful. Especially the female employee tending to the breakfast area. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and fabulous attitude. We were allowed early check in as well since our room was ready, The beds were nice and comfortable. Parking was sufficient and well lit. They do charge $3.00 for parking and deposit for incidentals is $100.00. I did not give a five star because the shower pressure was so low it took us forever to take a shower. The pool also closes at 8 which is super early we didn't get to enjoy as much as we could during scorching hot weather. Other than that, it was great. Will stay here again.

The staff was very kind and downstairs when you enter. It looked nice. The room was disgusting in terms of cleanliness, there was hair everywhere and a booger on the wall, and I used Makeup beauty blender underneath the counter. It was honestly really gross. The beds were extremely hard and the doors don’t really even close thoroughly because you can still see a lot of light from the hallway between the door and the wall. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was decent. I didn’t use the pool, but my husband and son did and even after multiple hotel stays he said this was the grossest one that he’s been in by far.
