"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"smaller, more affordable hotel, but honestly it ended up being one of my favorite experiences. The staff was a small team, but they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It felt way more personal than a big hotel they remembered my name, helped with recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with great hospitality, this is definitely the type of spot you want."

"This is an acceptable but not note-worthy option for a hotel close to the Hanoi Airport. The room was comfortable and efficient -- and breakfast options were limited but well-executed. (A restaurant just steps away from the property was fantastic -- check it out for a delicious dinner.) But the overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. No response (after several attempts at communication) regarding a shuttle from the airport. No refresh of towels or other room amenities (I stayed there 2 nights.) I can't compare to other hotels in the area, but there may be better options."
