I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am.
The hotel staff was very accommodating to respond to these concerns quickly and did help me to transition into the main hotel. The hotel room was clean, wifi was fast, hot shower with great water pressure, and working AC. The breakfast spread was impressive and tasty. Only downsides in the hotel were the gym is without AC or a fan, and it was cooler outside than inside, and there was no iron in the room. The staff was nice enough to provide an iron, but it's plug did not match any of the sockets.
Overall would stay again and recommend staying in the main hotel.
