"I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. "

"The Click Clack is a magical hotel in the middle of El Poblado. Its friendly staff, atmosphere, drinks, and food make every day there incredible. Just a few blocks from the nightlife and hundreds of restaurants, it's a safe place to walk. Breakfast is a buffet in every sense of the word. Diego and Daniela are always very friendly. The people who served us in the morning always had a smile and were willing to answer a thousand questions about places to visit and how to get there. I chose the hotel for my birthday, and I wasn't wrong; I would do it again."

"This property is a little older and it’s rustic, but it’s beautiful and if you’re looking for more of like a camping type hotel experience, it’s wonderful. The staff are amazing and the chef Sandra is one of the best people you’ll ever meet and she cooks wonderfully. Edwin is great too! They sell marshmallows where you can cook them in your fireplace at night while you’re keeping warm"

"I enjoyed my stay very much! Alejandro greeted me every day and went out of his way to make me feel welcome, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The buffet was awesome, the showers dumped water on you to cleanse the night away, and the coffee was strong and dark after a long night. Gracias para todo!"

"It’s a beautiful property, lots of agriculture & a large statue of Christ is on it as well. The biggest issue I had was the no hot water & the shower not draining while water pooled outside the shower behind my toilet as well. I really wanted it to be a great stay, but the WiFi didn’t reach my room, it’s only available by the main building or in the dining & game area. I was asked what I wanted for dinner & was never given a menu, I asked what was available & was given 3 prices which is a strange way to offer someone dinner. I enjoyed the fire pit with some travelers, I really enjoyed their company & conversation. It was during a fiesta that I was there, so music was a bit loud from the party area on Friday & Saturday evening. The walls are so thin I could hear everything my neighbors were saying & doing. It’s a gorgeous location, but I doubt l will go back. Just so many frustrations with communication, food, WiFi, no hot water, etc."
