"I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. "

"This property is a little older and it’s rustic, but it’s beautiful and if you’re looking for more of like a camping type hotel experience, it’s wonderful. The staff are amazing and the chef Sandra is one of the best people you’ll ever meet and she cooks wonderfully. Edwin is great too! They sell marshmallows where you can cook them in your fireplace at night while you’re keeping warm"

The building is modern and cool, the room was in perfect condition, spacious, with a wonderful terrace. Everyone was super nice and attentive, and the coffee shop below is great.
