This property is a little older and it’s rustic, but it’s beautiful and if you’re looking for more of like a camping type hotel experience, it’s wonderful. The staff are amazing and the chef Sandra is one of the best people you’ll ever meet and she cooks wonderfully. Edwin is great too! They sell marshmallows where you can cook them in your fireplace at night while you’re keeping warm

They close their doors at 10pm. There is no 24 hour front desk service. It is very out the way. My flight landed at 11pm. Front desk over at 10pm. I had to get another hotel for the night. And then just stayed with friends afterwards. Claimed they would get me a refund but they stopped responding. Very terrible experience.

I booked this hotel based on its advertised location in Envigado, which is known for its convenient access, warmer climate, and overall desirability. Unfortunately, this information was misleading. The hotel is actually located in Rionegro, which is a completely different area with a colder climate and a less convenient location for travelers expecting to stay near Envigado and Medellín. Had the true location been clearly stated, I would not have made this reservation. Accurate location details are essential when choosing accommodations, and this discrepancy significantly impacted my experience and plans. I strongly encourage the property to correct this information to avoid misleading future guests. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision when booking.
