Kylpylätiloissa moni asia oli "poissa käytöstä" kun menimme. Laittoivat 3 vuotiaan lapsemme pinnasänkyyn erillisen lisävuoteen sijaan. Ei 3 vuotias enää nuku pinnasängyssä! Ei kylpytakkeja lapsille. Kaiken kaikkiaan jäi kuva etteivät osaa ottaa lapsiperheitä täysin huomioon.

Siisti kylpylä hyvällä sijainnilla ja parkkipaikoilla. Kylpylän puolen pimeys hieman haittasi mutta muuten kylpylästä löytyi kaikki mitä kylpylästä voi odottaa. Pukukaappien lukkojen käyttöön olisi kaivannut etukäteen ohjeistusta. Lopullinen hinta hieman yllätti sillä varauksessa kahden huoneen hinnan piti olla 306€ mutta lopullinen hinta oli lisävuoteen vuoksi 343€

Sijainti on loistava sillä ihan vieressä on järvi, jota sai ihalla. Tarjolla on paljon erilaisia aktiviteettejä. Saunaan pääsi joka päivä ja siitä todellakin nautin. Ravintola löytyy näistä tiloista ja valitsemani illallinen oli loistava.

Henkilökunta oli aivan mahtavaa! Olen matkustanut paljon, ulkomailla sekä isoissa kaupungeissa Suomessa.. Mutta henkilökunta täällä, erityisesti ravintolassa, yllätti positiivisesti.. Palvelu oli ystävällistä mutta myös hyvin myyvää, joista myyntialalla (isossa pankissa työskennellessä) oleva tykkää kun myyminen ja suostuttelu on ammattitaitoista, tehokasta, mutta lainkaan liian päällekäyvää.. iltavuoron esihenkilö oli aivan mahtava, samoin muut henkilöt.. En miuten asiasta mainitsisi, mutta harvoin yllättyy näin positoovisesti palvelusta, että asiasta on pakko mainita. 💪👍

Huone todella kuuma, säädöt ei toiminut, asiasta sanottua, säätivät, mutta oli edelleen lämmin. Ei suihkuverhoa, kaikki vähän repsotti, lakana liian pieni, ei pysynyt kunnolla sängyssä, kylpytakki reikäinen. Henkilökunta todella hiljaisia/töykeitä. Aamupala surkea.
