The property is beautiful especially the Ocean Pool…you have access to the pool and beach simultaneously…the food from Sunset Restaurant was delicious, tasty and hot while the pool food was cold and insipid…not sure why! The drinks were great but need more alcohol…Happy Hour was on every day…breakfast was on par…cordial and professional employees…they were real polite and on point. Housekeeping was always timely and helpful. They only need to spruce up the landscape…Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Great location with its own private beach and surrounding area which makes it good for not having to leave the hotel. 2 pools and lots for space to do activities including table tennis, pool etc. The hotel is old and needs a disparate makeover to bring into the modern world. The rooms are big and mostly clean. Not sure if it was quite season but hardly anyone around (staff included).

The hotel is basically good. And the breakfast buffet is great. But in the first room they gave me, the bathroom smelled of raw sewage. They gave me a second room when I asked, but that room did not have hot water. I didn’t ask for yet another room change since I was leaving the next day anyway.

Dated hotel with ok rooms

This is a very outdated hotel, but the rooms are actually quite nice a pretty large. The breakfast is ok. It’s close to a fairly nice beach and it’s a nice “jungle” walk down to the beach. The pool and close surroundings are quite bad. Nice view over the ocean.

Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Grösse, die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich wohl im Zimmer. Wir hatten immer wieder Probleme mit der Eingangstüre, was aber immer gleich souverän u nett gelöst wurde. Fand es sehr schade, dass wir den Billard- sowohl den Pingpongtisch nicht wirklich nutzen konnten, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Die Bar im Hotel war auch nie geöffnet. Abends gab es nur die Möglichkeit sich im Sunset Restaurant zu verpflegen. Am Pool konnte man sich zwar verweilen, aber wenn es geregnet hat, was öfters vorkommt, ist der Boden so glatt u gefährlich. Ich bin ausgerutscht u habe mir heftigst den Hinterkopf aufgeschlagen am Boden. Es sollten unbedingt Schilder angebracht werden u darauf hinweisen, dass es glatt ist! Ich denke das Hotel hatte sicherlich mal seine Glanzzeiten, aber diese sind verblast… Man ist dort in Sihanoukville so im Ausseits u weiss gar nicht was mit sich anstellen…

Tolle Lage-guter Service-renovierungsbedürftig

Ich war 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der "Kasinostadt", sehr idyllisch. Man bekommt von dem Rummel, den Hochhäusern und den Bauruinen nichts mit. Man sieht sie nur aus der Ferne. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist eigentlich sehr schön. Mein Zimmer Nr. 604 (Hauptgebäude) war renoviert, man hat einen seitlichen Meerblick, der Blick gerade aus ist durch die Bäume verstellt. Die Dusche war leider schimmelig, die Klimaanlage alt, ließ sich nicht gut regulieren (zu starkes Gebläse). Der Bereich der Fassade, der Außenanlagen um den Pool herum (an der Lobby) bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Das Hotel (Hauptgebäude) ist sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Ich war im Februar dort, das Hauptgebäude war nur gering belegt. Absolut loben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Der Service sowohl an der Reception als auch beim Frühstück war perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell. Sehr schön und renoviert ist das Sunset Restaurante, das Essen und der Service war ebenfalls perfekt. Positiv vom Hotel hebt sich der Ocean Pool ab, der ist sehr gepflegt. Dort sind auch fast alle Gäste, der hoteleigene sehr schöne Strand und der Pool hinter der Reception wurden kaum besucht.

老朽化が進むホテル

老舗高級ホテルとのことで宿泊。 老朽化がかなり進んでおり、建物が修繕されていないままになっており、見栄えも悪い。 また、宿泊者数が少ない理由からか、館内の照明も大部分消されており、廃墟のような気持ちもした。また室内も飲み途中の水のボトルもそのままになっており、清掃が行き届いていない。その割に、老舗高級ホテルの価格のままになっており、コストパフォーマンスが悪い。 建物そのものや立地が良いため、本当にもったいない。リニューアルして、サービスも変われば良いホテルに戻れるとは思いが、今のオーナーでは難しい？

We loved the friendly staff and the pool was the best feature. We had booked a pod room but on arrival were given a twin in the main building, we were happy with this so did not mention it to the staff.
