Absolut hervorzuheben sind die jungen Damen an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit sind und denen man anmerkt, dass sie ihren Job lieben. Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel Das Negative: Die Lage ist an einem großen Kreisel mit einem Skatepark in der Mitte. In kurzen Abständen fahren auch noch Krankenwagen...

"Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta."

"The property is on a quite street, very close to St. Pauls bay (5 min walk). The bus station with several bus connections is only 5 away. Plenty of coffee places and bars nearby. The appartment was very clean and very big, there is also a well equiped kitchen. The shower in the bathroom was good. Small TV in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"The flat was nice and quite big. In general in a good condition. A few things to improve. The microwave didn't work properly. The lighting is not the best. Some table lights on the rooms would improve the atmosphere. Otherwise, it's a decent place to stay with a family. "

"These people really know how to make you feel at home. The property was clean friendly and outstanding customer service. It is truley amazing and when i come back i wouldnt stay anywhere else. "The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"I had a great stay at Elise Apartments. The host made sure everything was in order and that I had all I needed in the apartment. The apartment is clean and have the basic things you need. The location is also very central. It’s good value for the money. "

"Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Nachtportier an unsere Anreise am 26.09. sowie Francisco im Servicebereich. Toll war der Swimmingpool und der Sparbereich. Faire Preie vor allem ehr gut für Jugendliche. Einzige Anmerkung. Ausstattung im Zimmer schon manchmal etwa veraltet bzw. ramponiert". Wir waren aber mit allem zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. "Eigentlich soll die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vor dem Check-in die Information zum Selbst Check-in zuschicken. Es wurden keine Information zugeschickt. Bei einer telefonisch Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man sich bei denen meldet und die private TEL. Nr oder E-Mail gibt, damit die Informationen zum Self Check-in zegeschickt werden könnten. Die Begründung ist, dass Expedia Mitteilung funktioniert nicht. "

"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better. The air conditioning smelt bad and we had to sleep...

"Travelling for work and with my family. The pool and play areas were great as was the kids club with exceptional staff. The bar and restaurants very well maintained and service in the total very high quality. Nothing is too much effort and customer service is paramount to the entire team working there. Excellent trip.
