"We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! My only negative was 8 extended my stay by 1 day and had to change room understandably, however the new room had a bad smell and needed a decent bleaching in the shower.
