The hotel was very clean, and very tidy. The staff were very polite very courteous and very helpful. I had a very nice upstairs pool with lounge chairs and a bar very quiet. Outside there was lots of little restaurants to eat at the good quality food and within 10 minutes in the centre of town so the position of the Hotel was extremely good. Catching excursions the temples and that were not more than 20 minutes out of the city I guided tours but it was off-season so I was the only one on the tour at times so we could go out my pace which is fantastic. The Hotel I would highly recommend and have no problem re-booking it I upgraded myself to a big room as very spacious with a spa pool inside and each room was meticulously clean 5 out of 5

Great location, lots to do in walking distance. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, mini bar stocked everyday w/ a variety of cold drinks. 2 complimentary large bottles of water in riom everyday. The rooftop pool and bar was a great escape from the afternoon heat. Highly recommend and will definately stay here again.

The Two Seasons hotel was beyond our expectations! As a flight attendant for over 42 years, I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms, and this hotel was really exceptional. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always seemed happy to see us, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff, and the rooms were comfortable, and clean. Day trips were arranged easily by the staff, as well, and the pool area was very relaxing.I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, listened carefully, and took quick action on any requests. Pub Street is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. You can also book different tours directly through the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight—we enjoyed watching the sunset from there.
