Great location, pool and service

Great option if you visit Siem Reap and want to go to Angkor Wat but stay close to restaurants and shopping area. The pool and garden make a quiet stay, but a short walk or tuktuk ride to commercial area.

The incredibly attentive and courteous staff made for a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and the lobby, pool, gym and spa are were all well furnished with all amenities. Overall excellent experience.

There are many things to love about this hotel, and that would be the fabulous enormous pool and the lovely staff. And there are some things that could definitely be improved. They are minor things that could make my review a 5-star. My list: 1) Since we can't put toilet paper in the toilet, please have garbage cans that can be closed. 2) How about containers of shower soap and shampoo instead of teeny tiny tubes. 3) A soap dish for bar soap so it's not on the wood bathroom counter. 4) A better breakfast buffet with fresh bread and pans that keep food hot after it's cooked. All in all, it was a nice hotel for a good price and if you want a nice pool, this was the place.

The traditional charm of Cambodian hospitality is embodied in the hotel. From the grand ambience of the lobby to the intimate interiors of the rooms. The poolside evokes tropical garden feels. Best of all the impeccable service and hospitality of the staff led by the team supervisor Mr Say. They treated me like a dear friend. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip.
