Amazing staff, food and spa. Super cool pool and facilities. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend people to stay here and I certainly would return to this hotel. It really is special and better than other hotels. The rooms were very luxurious and quality for money.

Great location, close to the old market, river and shopping but yet pretty quiet. Exceptional service, lots of amenities including a great spa. Authentic Cambodian breakfast buffet with just enough of all the right things. We appreciated the hotel serving Nom Banh Chok, one of the national noodles dishes. All around a wonderful stay.

This hotel has the best spa in Cambodia. The steam room smells good and the cold/hot tubs are awesome. If you appreciate health and wellness but also want a luxary stay then this is the place. The staff are also top notch and ready to help with whatever from getting you a driver or making sure you get egg Benedict every morning as a special request. Thank you so much for the experience.

A little away from the main town but only a short tuk tuk ride. The staff are very helpful and attentive. We ate in both the hotel’s restaurants which are excellent. The large pool area was lovely to relax around after sightseeing. We used the gym and spa, again, excellent facilities. Highly recommend this place.

My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with a bouquet of flowers because it was international women's day. Due to my Expedia status, I was upgraded to a better room. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The spa treatments were fantastic and the dining options were tasty. Both were very reasonably priced. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again should I return to Siem Reap

The service was top notch (a special thank you to Vinn and Somaly for great assistance and advice), the pool fantastic and so was the breakfast (good selection and quality), we had dinner twice at the resort (also very good). The hotel is quiet and we had about a 20 min walk to downtown and e.g. Pub Street (we always walked and captured the local life). We certainly recommend the place and will definitely come back if we go to Siem Reap again.

Wonderful place to stay

Lives up to its name, amazing hotel with large wonderful genuinely luxurious, clean well maintained rooms. Nice restaurant with a good selection of meals and fantastic service. The resort style pool in the middle of the hotel is a delight even on the hottest of days. Staff are warm and welcoming and happy to help when needed. The hotel is a short ride from the city centre, and while we are all here for the temples, it is an oasis in its own right just to relax and getaway form everyday life aided by the Spa offering any type of massage you may require.

We stayed at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa during our visit to Siem Reap. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such great hospitality. The property is stunning, and our room was clean and beautiful. There is plenty of variety to choose from at breakfast. The food was delicious. Without hesitation, we would come back in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange early breakfast delivered for room service upon request, so that we can leave for airport early. Very good quality spa too. The facilities including swimming pool felt a bit dated and considerable amount of frogs on the grounds. Some small insects also came through gaps of windows but that sometimes cannot be helped in a tropical country. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about this Hotel and staff. It is where I stay while in Siem Reap. Most of the rooms are in 2 story condo buildings located around a meandering swimming pool to represent a idyllic European village on a creek. Excellent Steff. Most welcoming. Relaxing. Lots of street markets close, But, the property is very quiet. The bedrooms are luxurious. Prefect for a couple or family stay. The cost of a stay is much less than what one would expect given the facilities.

We booked a Superior Pool Suite which upon checkin we were upgraded to the Grand Pool Suite. The rooms were large, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool. Infact you could walk into the pool from the building. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went over and above thier call of duty. The kitchens had closed by the time we arrived, so we hadn't eaten anything. The staff very kindly had sandwiches made for us. When we did the sunrise Angkor Wat tour, we even had a take away breakfast at 4.30am waiting for us. The only small suggestion I would make is include more vegetarian / vegan food selections in the breakfast and on the menu.
