Dingy room, unhelpful staff.

Barely acknowledged by staff when I arrived. Dingy room with grotty bathroom (shower over the toilet). One of the complimentary bottles of water had already been opened. The place felt very insecure as well and the lock on the door did not seem to be good quality. Would not recommend staying here if you plan to spend any time in your room.

Not a great experience!

The room was substandard with no window that opened and the fan was not powerful. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as the room was as hot as an oven. Unless your backpacking and don't care about any basic facilities I would not stay here at all.

For what we paid, less than $10, this was more than adequate--no frills, no extras, terrible wifi, but it was clean and comfortable enough with hot showers and a large balcony.

Abbiamo scelto questa guest house perché è situata in una strada tranquilla, ad una distanza ragionevole dal centro della città, ma abbastanza lontano per sfuggire al trambusto. Nelle vicinanze si trova tutto il necessario: negozi, ristoranti, tuk-tuk. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite ed economiche. La connessione wi-fi andrebbe migliorata. Il personale si è dimostrato molto amichevole.

The service is fine. The location is very near to the national road and to all famous establishments in the area. Hopefully, slippers are also provided. 😉😀

great and cheap place to stay in siem reap

A great place with very friendly and accommodating staff. Cozy rooms with big and comfortable beds. Very quiet area with several local shops around, not far from the centre, and on the way to the archeological park. Great value for money. I can highly recommend their taxi and tuc-tuc service as well - good price (generally better or same as the price you can manage to haggle with tuc-tuc drivers in the streets) and nice drivers too.

スタッフが優しいホテル

部屋はエアコンがなくて少し暑いですが 綺麗でスタッフも優しくて良かったです ただ、暑いと言ってもよるは温かいシャワーが欲しくなるのに、温水が出ない 給湯器があるのに出ないのでスタッフに言ったら渋々スイッチを入れてくれた 最初から入れておいてほしい

Quiet location, clean with gleaming floors

Very kind and helpful staff, excellent cook for breakfasts and lunches and near good restaurant for dinner, found me a very good tuk tuk driver near by to take me to the ruins at Ankgor Wat for the three days I stayed there, and made my visit a success.

Night receptionist has an attitude

I arrived here with my booking in hand only to be told they had no record of it. Now this was not necessarily the hotels fault but the attitude I got was outrageous. I had booked 3 nights but was told that seeing as they had no record of the booking they would only allow me to stay for 2. After showing my booking to the receptionist on duty (again) he relented and let me stay (grudgingly) for the 3 nights. I'm always willing to give a place a 2nd chance so I actually later booked a 1 night stay and the attitude I received from the night receptionist was exactly the same. At one point I went to reception to see if I can buy some bottled water and it was like I had asked them to prepare a buffet meal for 10 people. I eventually went to buy some from elsewhere, seeing as the fridge was locked up for the night, only to find I had locked my key in the room. So I again went to reception to ask for help, after waiting for about 10 mins he eventually turned around and asked "WHAT??!!". Only when I asked him "What's with the attitude?" & "Should I go to another hotel?" was I eventually given any semblance of good customer service. The rooms were also not fantastic but I was not expecting a 5 star hotel so I was willing to cope with that. Essentially what i'd say is find another place to stay, there's no shortage of hotels for the same price and at least you'll be treated like a human being.

Great location... easy to get anywhere by cheap tuk-tuk. Power went out twice, Wi-Fi was 50/50, A/C was too week for the large room we were in, but the ceiling fan was great along with the A/C. Large hotel. Good for the money.

Goo size budget hotel

Big hotel, we were surprised. The price was very good. The A/C didn't work in the room assigned, so they quickly moved us to another room of the same size and layout with a working A/C, although the A/C is not powerful enough for the size of the room. The power went out twice on the block during our stay. HSH didn't have a generator. Other then those 2 instances the hotel was perfectly fine (although Wi-Fi was 50/50).

You get what you pay for

There was this unpleasent smell that we suspect was mold. Linen was dirty and the room hardly cleaned. A/C was ancient - judging by both effect and sound. In short, the room was not what we expected based on the pictures and the description provided by the hotel. However, this is propably the best you are likely to get for this price - for better, you simply have to raise your budget a bit.
