I like that has a swimming pool and that was clean. Didn't like the location( too far from center) and the actual "atmosphere" of hotel. Looks very depressed, since it's 75% empty).

The lobby of this property is absolutely beautiful with carved wooden statues. I had the suite, about 65 sq mtrs. It was huge, with a large king size bed. Service was excellent. Alice and her male counterpart in the morning at reception being particularly helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. The room rate was very reasonable. Nothing to dislike about the hotel. Exceptional value for price.

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and ready to fix any problem. The only thing was that the food sometimes was a bit expensive for the quality and we were expecting a breakfast buffet but it was all à la carte (still free), but we kept having to ask for a bit more.

Siem Reap

Hotellet er veldig hyggelig og betjeningen hjelpsomme. Beliggenhet "litt" fra sentrum men alltid flere tuktuker klare til å frakte oss (100 lokale) rett utenfor døren. Vi bestilte både tur til Angkor (besøkte 3 templer), til vannfallene + taxi til flyplassen på hotellet og alt fungerte perfekt. Eneste negative er at vi hadde bestilt deluxrom med balkong og første natt ble vi plassert på et lite rom uten særlig bekvemmeligheter). Ingen tilbud om refusjon og vi godtok det uten å spørre.

Great stay

Very nice and clean hotel. Brand new hotel. Room was big and shower was awesome. Free fruit on arrival with water and refreshing towels. Staff helpful and helped us arrange our trip to Angkor Wat. Tuk tuks waiting outside to take you to the centre ($2) if not then around 20-25 mins walk to pub st. (I advise to take tuk tuk, we walked once and was far to hot and flustered by the time we arrived. Rooftop pool very clean and nice, although pool bar/restaurant is pretty pricey. Overall, great hotel but quite a distance from pub st.
