the best

hotel is little far from pubstreet.just two minutes by taking tuktuk. if hotel is near pubstreet, you are surrounded by noisy environment. and pubstreet is not cheap. food is twice expensive than local store. hotel clerk is very friendly,helpful. and hotel is very clean has jacuzzi. i travel a lot of places but i agree that this hotel is the best.

Receptionist bra, kunde engelska som en av de få på hotellet. Gick inte att låsa vårt rum = dålig tekniker = tog 1 dag att fixa = dåligt. Mycket reklam om deras restaurang, även om en bar, men personalen kunde nästan ingen engelska = dåligt ! Trevligt rum, nice pool area och restaurang/frukostrum. Vi hade otur med låset till rummet, men språkkunskapen var det mest negativa minnet.

Such Wonderful Staff

Mr Seng and his team do everything they can to make your stay at G&Z boutique Hotel as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From organising tours (full marks to Ben for organising our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat) to providing everything you need. When we couldn’t make the television work, a member of staff was up instantly to fix it. When we needed some ice, we got it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is serene and tranquil and rooms are spacious with a large balcony. The G&Z group has initiative which aims to provide gainful employment to Speech hearing impaired citizens and two of our waiting staff were part of this scheme. The couple were lovely and taught me a few words of sign when we ate a lovely meal there on our first night. Thank you both 🙏 We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Siem Reap

Friendly,welcoming,well positioned,only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and only $1 if you haggle Rooms are quite large but only 1 chair and bedside table in a double. The pool is a great asset after a hard day sightseeing. Well informed travel desk☺

Lovely tropical hotel

Very tropical and cozy. Nice hotel and lovely restaurant to the opposite. Very clean. friendly staff. The only bad part is wifi is way too slow!

快適でコスパが良いホテル

パブストリートからは徒歩15分程度かかるので少し離れた感じです。ホテルまでの道は完全に地元の人達が暮らす待ちの中を通って行くことになります。 しかし治安は良さそうで特に怖い思いもしませんでした。ホテルに無料のレンタルサイクルがあるのでそれを使えば繁華街もあっという間にたどり着くので利用価値は大きいです。 ホテルは小さいながらも真新しく、素敵なプールもあるので快適に過ごせます。ホテルスタッフも親切だったので良い滞在が出来ました。

We have stayed in this property several times for a total of perhaps 1 month. The place is potentially a paradise but the new management has decided to yield to local realities by more actively attracting Chinese and Korean tourists. This means that you are likely to be woken up by noisy groups anytime between 5 and 9am which never happened before. Such is Siem Reap now though...

The best in Siem Reap

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I suppose, is the best option in Siem Reap. The staff was very friendly, specially Sreysor, a simphatic girl works in reception and care us with attention, always smiling. A very friendly girl.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the amenities provided were not in good condition. The travel desk was not efficient. Even after specifying our tour requirement and booking for service(had given them reminder the previous day 2 times) they had not booked the car until we were ready to start our trip that morning. The service provided by the staff was very inefficient and had to repeat orders and remind them to get the ordered food every morning for breakfast, most of the staff not available and had to getup and search for service(first three days),after complaint increased number of staff though, but still inefficient. The breakfast had limited options.
