"Our room was great - good size and very clean. We had a fabulous view from our balcony across to the port of Amalfi. Breakfast was on the first floor balcony which also had a great view over the beach and port. Breakfast was not a buffet as we have been used to so options were limited but the coffee and staff were great! The location of the hotel was so central to everything in Amalfi town - the cathedral, restaurants, the bus and ferry stations. Highly recommend Hotel Residence in Amalfi. "

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming, accomodating and answered all questions we had with a smile. They were very easy to contact through Expedia messages and helped to arrange a free luggage porter service from the ferry terminal that we arrived at (very nice inclusion, as the hotel is not far from the main road/ferry/bus area, but extremely busy during the day and could be difficult to navigate with luggage). "We loved our stay at Hotel Marincanto!! The location was close to everything, easy walk to town and restaurants. But more than anything, the staff was excellent. The manager Paulo and the bartender Pietro made the stay amazing. Would stay there again because they were so excellent.
