Luxurious and the views….

This hotel made our stay in Positano a couple of the best days of our lives! Service was amazing in every location - lobby desk, lobby bar, breakfast, pool area, beach area, parking lot - just amazing in every way. Our room was incredible overlooking the clear blue sea and views of Positano were magnificent. You will not be disappointed staying here! Total luxury with gorgeous views!

We loved our stay at Hotel Marincanto!! The location was close to everything, easy walk to town and restaurants. But more than anything, the staff was excellent. The manager Paulo and the bartender Pietro made the stay amazing. Would stay there again because they were so excellent. Helpful in every way with recommendations for meals and excursions and quick to pour a drink when needed. Thank you!!

One of our favorite hotels during our time in Italy! It lives up to the name of a romantic hotel. Best to come without kids. Loved the kind friendly staff. They made it special for my husbands 40th birthday. Love the private beach area they have. Great pillows! They give you slippers and a robe to use! And a great beach bag as well! I would stay here again!

Fantastic staff very knowledgeable and helpful at check in. Not easy to get to from the ferry terminal unless you walk along the beach and up 300 stairs. Taxi is not available and the porter’s from the ferry are questionable.

View of the Positano and the Mediterranean Sea were amazing. Two small balconies with chairs and tables, one off the master the other off the living room/second sleeping area. Staff was fantastic, Paulo in particular took great care from the beginning, made good recommendations and help reserve an excursion. Only two small complaints would be the bed was very firm and we could hear music thumping until late. Still managed to sleep sorta ok so minor compared to the fantastic staff, from Paulo to the receptionist, the manager and wait staff at their restaurant (where we enjoyed an excellent 5-course price fix dinner).

The staff here was second to none. Paulo was so helpful and welcoming and we loved having drinks with Piatro. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. I would say our room (Villa 6) was a mixed bag. The view was simply amazing, but the bed was not comfortable and our shower was tiny. Upon check out, I mentioned the bed and was told they would have swapped out our mattress…so lesion learned there. We would come back here if we returned to Positano.

Stunning setting built into the cliffs of Positano. Views are breathtaking. Staff is excellent. We had 2BR suite with balcony halfway down the cliffs. Very clean. Very comfortable. There are no elevators between lobby level and the beach so be prepared for steps but it’s worth it if you are able. Infinity pool. Beach Club. Swim in the Mediterranean. Endless beauty and scenery. Excellent restaurant on lobby level with terrace seating and views. Shopping and good restaurants along the street above and along the beach below. Lots of walking but worth it for this one of a kind locale. Parking available for our car. Driving here requires steady nerves! Would stay here again for sure.
