We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli. The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless, the food was amazing and the staff exceptional. During the day the pool area was very calm, the lifeguard / pool attendant kept it spotless, he was a fountain of local knowledge. Thank you, Medusa we had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend your beautiful hotel

La Medusa is truly a lovely hotel—intimate, elegant, and absolutely charming. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the restaurant staff was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and gardens that are even more breathtaking at night. Every detail creates such a warm and memorable atmosphere. I cannot wait to return with my friends and family. I had the most perfect mother-daughter trip, and La Medusa was the perfect place to make those memories. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

Hotel La Medusa and its grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lush green trees, grass, and plants everywhere. The pools were always pristine; the pool attendant was always helpful, and I can’t say enough about how clean the hotel was. It is truly a stunning property. But the real stars of the show were the staff, all of them. Everyone was so helpful, always smiling, and constantly asking if I needed anything. My room was spotless whenever I returned after housekeeping. The wait staff and the restaurant manager quickly remembered my preferences, which made me feel so welcome. The day I was leaving he noticed I didn't eat breakfast and offed to being me something while I was waiting for my taxi to leave. They also gave me helpful suggestions for great places to eat in town. And the food at the hotel was delicious! 10/10 experience!

Beautiful hotel with immaculate garden and a fabulous pool. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! Perhaps the only negative is that it is somewhat removed from the waterfront area where all the shops and restaurants are but that's what makes it peaceful. The onsite restaurant is excellent but the portions were modest and rather expensive. It is truly a tranquil retreat.

Excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again. The staff, hands down, from check in to check out was incredible. The most hospitable group of humans. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The front desk staff, the pool man, wait staff, the spa ladies, the grounds keeper, literally everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. The spa experience and massages were amazing! The place is beautiful with excellent views and grounds… so amazing! Do not hesitate to book this place!!!

There is not enough time nor space to tell how wonderful this Hotel and it's staff have been! Pictures do not do it justice as the Hotel and grounds are beyond magnificent. Every team members worked hard to anticipate our needs and succeeded in every instance. If you are looking for an experience that harkens back to the days when service was king...this is the place to stay!
