"All our party enjoyed their stay, liked the location being close to Birmingham with the available easy access. All the staff were polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Only downsides, the rooms we had 2/4 were 'tired', in need of refurbishment and room 4 obviously has suffered from past water damage, architraves/bathroom door etc. So on initial arrival the room on presentation had a damp/musty odour. "Very convenient location. The room is cleaned and all the utensils are cleaned. Very appreciated that the sofa bed was already setup before we arrived. "

"A really nice quaint old building with countless amounts of wonderful antiques that you can look at throughout the stairwell and hallway the room was adequately appointed beds were very comfortable. Shower over the bath was great. The stuff were very welcoming and friendly. Unlikely to go back again if I need a location stay in the area I’d recommend it 100 hundred percent great value for money. "Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location "
