Was there 3 1/2 hours had to wait two hours of it to get a drink but other than that that area needs improvement

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
We had to ask for ice bucket. There was not one in the room. It took the housekeeper for an hour to bring it. The nightstand drawer would not close. The staff was OK. Need some work on the front desk people they are not really friendly. Need some work.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shreveport Airport
Place is a little run down but very clean Staff is sooo nice Breakfast had sausage and eggs and waffle maker Decent coffee Lots of ice in machine I used Bed was very comfy Wi-Fi worked great. Tv glitchy Safe Quiet A/c slow but eventually got to your temp. Pool looked nice, didn’t use
