"Pool was cold."

"We were disappointed that the largest pool had to be shut down for the week for remodeling and the kids pool closes early so a lot of people were in the only pool open in the evening. Grills at the pool that was open broke and we had to change our plans for supper, but they were fixed with a few days. Room was great, newer washer/dryer combo was confusing and required a few google searches to operate! Instructions would have helped there. We love the amenities and have stayed here 4 years in a row! Would always recommend this property as the staff is wonderful and we always can get ahold of someone for anything we need. We will be back again soon!"

"Our room was huge. It was very comfortable except that we were in a corner unit close to the ice machine so it was a little noisy. The beds were comfortable sheets were nice. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was very busy, but the tables needed to be cleaned and there was no one to be found to do it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was clean. And comfortable. "

"Staff was AMAZING! We stayed March 2 to March 5th, and became our flight was delayed we paid for the extended check out at 2pm. We did have a problem with a light, and the chargers in the room. They sent maintenance IMMEDIATELY and it was fixed. "

"The hotel is spacious great for family vacations and the price is excellent. I didn’t like the towels are. It changed daily but you have the option to do laundry for clean towels. I don’t like to do laundry on my vacation. "

"This was a great place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good. It was nice and close to Epcot."
