"Very nice modern Onsen hotel, our Japanese style room is spacious with a separate sitting room and the view is great. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great and the onset facility is wonderful. The hotel provides shuttle bus services to the local attractions and JR station. Highly recommended."

"Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights! Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "

"I think very few gaijin go this far out. Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture.
