"This hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious everything was brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, and every part of the property felt fresh and well-maintained. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. "If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!"

"Really disappointed. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and couldn’t be turned off without turning the lights off. Air conditioning was also very loud that I couldn’t get a good sleep. So if you are sensitive to noise you should avoid it. The room and furniture dated and didn’t feel comfortable or clean. No coffee maker in the room but there was a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast area and food was fine but nothing special. Parking was fine too."

"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"The room itself was clean and cool but I booked this specific location for the pool. The staff didn't check the chlorine level that morning so it would be a few hours before they could recheck and then approve the levels. Check out is 11am so we wouldn't be able to access the pool. The coffee machine was much appreciated and the front desk in the evening was great."

"There were a lot of flies in the room, the air conditioner running there was no drain on it. She was on the floor. The cord was inside the water death trap, so I didn’t touch anything electric the whole floor had moisture on it the sheets didn’t look clean. There was hair in the towels."

"This place worked out perfectly for our rain filled Baseball Tournament trip. The breakfast had hot food options. The rooms were a decent size and when we brought in food there was a chair and table for each of us to eat at. It was close to food options, gas stations and other Hotels where the others on our team stayed. Air conditioning struggled a bit once we opened the curtains it was better. They might have been blocking the air flow a little."
