Weekend trip

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. We got there on Friday, June 20 (after a 19 hour drive). Got to check in early. (After a couple hour wait for a room to be cleaned). The location was nice. People were friendly.

I wasnt happy with the service. Stayed 2.5 days and never got my room cleaned. Faucet was loose, toliet flushed very slow. The refrigerator button was busted. Bed was comforable, and the tv worked was all that was good there

I stayed at this hotel two nights in a row. The second night there were lots of small issues with the room. Door had to be lifted for dead bolt to work, bath tub drain plug didn’t work, peeling paint, poor drywall work… none of it was earth shattering but not as nice as the room I had the first night. Staff was very nice and helpful.

10/10 Stayed in the studio room & it was so much more than expected very spacious. The only tiny little issue was the fact that the hallway had the cigarette smell which led into the room!

The staff was nice and helpful, however, my keys never worked, i had to keep going to the front desk for new keys everyday. Their breakfast consisted of cereal and toast, no fruit, nothing healthy. My room was never cleaned, towels never refreshed unless i went and asked at the front desk. Nothing was as pictured on the site. It seemed like it was more of a place where people go to live rather than a stayover hotel. I ended up leaving early and not staying the duration i intended.

Good for one or two night stay

We were unaware that this is mostly a transient hotel used by unhoused people due to the lack of local available rental units. We stayed there for a week and had absolutely no maid service, which may have been due to lack of staff. We put our garbage in the hallway, along with used towels every couple of days. They staff was nice, especially Judy. We most likely will not stay at another Wyndham hotel again.

Pool down only coffee and oatmeal for breakfast, they ran out of coffee after one pot wouldn't make more. Frig inn room not working asked for non-smoking ended up on smoking floor. Can say night staff very helpful and friendly

Basic stay with a couple flaws

Business trip with a trailer. Note: No Truck parking for anything over my pickup with a small trailer. Very clean and comfortable room. No ice. Offered breakfast but not much. Oatmeal, apples and juice, nothing else. I was a little disappointed.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there was sugary sticky buns, a couple pieces of fruit, and oatmeal that they offered on the included breakfast. My wife took a shower. She said the first couple minutes were nice and hot then it got really cold. Also the toilet seat was not really secured to the toilet so it moved when on it.

The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.

I LIKED THAT SOMEONE WAS READILY AVAILABLE TO GREET ME AND MY FAMILY IMMEDIATELY AS WE ARRIVED AND WAS ACCOMODATING. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS IMMEDIATELY UPON WALKING IN, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PICTURES ONLINE VS WHAT I WAS GETTING AND I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY. SECOND, WHEN HE EXPRESSED TO KEEP THE EXTRA 40.00 DUE TO THE SMELL OF SMOKE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER RED FLAG TO LEAVE AS I SMELLED IT AS SOON AS I GOT TO MY FLOOR. THIRD MY BED WAS NOT CHANGED AND FLOORS IN ROOM WERE TRAMPLED W/FOOTPRINTS FROM WHOMEVER BUT HE ACCOMODATED ME WITH ANOTHER ROOM ACROSS FROM SMOKERS SO MY STAY WAS UNCMFORTABLE BUT WE WERE THERE FOR A FUNERAL SO I WAS TO TIRED TO MOVE FOR ONE NIGHT I DELT WITH IT.

Love the location and to have a pool and free breakfast is nice even if it is only coffee/juice, muffins/honey buns, instant oatmeal and fruit, its better than nothing and the coffee is decent too!
