"A car is a must as it is located outside the city. The hotel is between France and Switzerland. There’s not much to do in the area probably it’s a best place to relax. There was some issue with the rooms assignment (our room was supposed to be double room while our friends -1 double & 1 sofa bed). All shops are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was good.Breakfast staff were very friendly. The bar staff in the evening can not understand. English- and very unfriendly. It was very challenging,I only asked for a glass instead of trying to understand of what I was trying to say she was making it hard for me to make her understand. I worked in customer service and half our clients are non English speakers but we go extra mile to understand them. Overall,we had a relaxing holiday. Geneva is a place where you visit once and that’s it. It’s a beautiful but expensive place."

"Everything was poor , but the personnal was excellent.There were no hand towels, we had to ask for toilet paper, the hallways were dirty, the location is in an ugly neighborhood, the photos of the place are not real for this aparthotel, and the breakfast was extremely poor."

Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating. "The staff was very courteous, and caring. The breakfast was fantastic, and so was the proximity of the hotel to public transportation. The train station into Geneva and other destinations is less than a minute’s walk. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it highly. "
