6/10 Okay

"Disappointed in this hotel. Room quite small; hard to navigate for two. Hotel provided coffee for room coffee maker only for the first night of our stay and said we'd have to pay to get coffee for the second night/morning. "Welcome drink" was supposed to run until 7 pm, but by 5:30 pm only green tea was left. No housekeeping provided except for fresh towels - no cleaning or wiping down of bathroom or anything else."

"While this is a four star hotel, it felt a little basic compared to other four star hotels we stayed in on our trip to Japan. Location is great by the railway station and a short walk to most attractions and shopping. The washer and drying in the room was excellent. The onsen was great, there are separate mens and women and tattoos are okay in the onsen. The breakfast was not great, limited selection and not the best we have had. They also were out of a few things and did not replenish very quickly."
