I only had one night in Nagano, but this hotel was very convenient to the train station, food and shopping. I really liked the lockers out front, as I was able to drop off bags before check in without any fuss. The room was very comfortable.

Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.
