"We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative.
They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun.
The rooms were nice and freshly renovated.
Highly recommended for either a summer stay to enjoy the lake activities or a winter stay to hit the nearby slopes.

"Not only is this lodge one of kind, the owners and staff set it apart by offering a very special experience for all guests. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner welcoming us in and getting us settled in our room. They made sure we got sorted in the morning and ready for our Myoko Adventure. We will be back, only question is how many times!!!"
"Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs.
Nice restaurants and convenient store around though most close early. Walking distance to the Akakura Obsen Ski area."
"It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. "
