朝食が家の朝ごはんの様な感じでとても美味しかったです。お部屋も広くて快適でした！蜘蛛とカメムシが現れましたが、自然の中にある場所なのでそーゆー事もあると思ってます。密かにサウナに入るのを楽しみにしていましたが、常連のお客様がたくさんおり、入りにくく、座りたいところにも座れない状況で、それが悔しかったです。サウナあるあるなんですかね？常連さんは大事でしょうから。 でもトータルでとても良かったです。 ありがとうございました😊

修学旅行の保養所みたいな感じ。 温泉は抜群 朝ごはん多すぎだけど美味しい！ スタッフの方は皆さん丁寧 部屋は少し古さもあるかもだけど、十分すぎる。

【客室について】 古さは感じられますが、概ね良好でした。広い和室で、小さい子どもも機嫌良く過ごすことができました。 【温泉・入浴施設】 数種類の温泉があり、とても気持ちが良かったです。ただし、21時で終了してしまうのが残念でした。 （21時以降も宿泊者用のお風呂があるようですが、大浴場ではないため利用しませんでした） 基本的に日帰り温泉客に焦点を当てた運営をされている印象を受けました。 【接客対応】 対応してくださったスタッフの方は、とても気さくで親しみやすい方でした。お友達のような距離感での対応で、悪くはないのですが、ホテルの接客としては少し違和感がありました。嫌いではないのですが… 【清掃・衛生面】 建物の古さは感じられますが、きれいに清掃されており、嫌な印象はありませんでした。 気になった点： • 部屋の玄関の角に蜘蛛の巣が残っている箇所があった • 椅子のシートが擦り切れており、中の綿が見えそうなほど使い込まれていた この辺りまで配慮されるようになれば、ワンランクアップするような印象です。 【総評】 悪くはないものの、「とても良い」と言うまでには少し課題が見えるといった感じです。 30年近く前の建物ということで、古さやバリアフリー等への配慮が不十分な点は致し方ありません。温泉、宿泊、研修会場、6次産業の拠点など、様々な機能を詰め込んでいるため、施設の使いづらさを利用者側としても感じましたし、運用側としても使いづらいのではないかと感じました。
