"Amazing place. Perfect area. Can’t recommend enough."

"Our room was great and the bed was comfortable. Was great to have a decent table and seating to eat at when needed. Staff were helpful with forwarding our luggage and general inquiries. Free coffee for each night we stayed was a nice touch, although I would have preferred complimentary water in our room. Only reservation for a return stay is the location. It is a little further away from the station than I would like which made getting around less convenient."

"Very good everything . "

"I really like staying here. Every time I come to Tokyo, I stay here for over 10 years. The accommodation is convenient, the staff are lovely. Thank you very much."

"Breakfast is very good and variously. There is limousine bus station to Narita airport and Haneda airport in front of the hotel."

"Traveled as a solo traveler. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even helped with my lost item at the JR station and got it delivered to the hotel! Place is very convenient at the heart of Shibuya. Very walkable to the station and is about a 5 minute walk from Shibuya crossing!"

"it is convenient place for Tokyo visiting esp. Shinjuku area."
