"Hotel location is great, right next to the JR Kumamoto station, the tram and the bus stations are within walking distance. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants, offering a wide variety of food choices. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It also has a public bath for male and female separate. At the end of a long day, it is nice to relax in the bath. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again next time."

"For some reason, I was placed on the Service floor, where the cleaning staff keeps all their things. I don’t know why I was the only person on that floor, the third floor to the right of the elevators. It was the darkest drabbest floor on the whole hotel and my blanket had stains on it and a funny smell."
