"チェックアウトが１１時だったので本当にゆっくり過ごせました。 部屋までがものすごく遠いので、移動が大変でした。途中子供が遊べる所があるので遊ばせながら休憩～そしてまた移動～という感じで過ごせたので、遠くても子供も飽きなかったようです。 子供用の浴衣もありましたが、甚平ではなく浴衣のみなので９５サイズくらいの服を着てる子だと裾を踏んで転んでしまいそうです。 食事もおいしかったのですが、片手に幼児を抱っこした状態で小学校低学年の子供の見ながら子供用の椅子を席まで運んでいるとき、すぐ横に数名のスタッフの方々がいたのに、どなたも声掛けや手助けはありませんでした。"

"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
