"AC control not in room so cannot set temperature. Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions. Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor. Our party cancelled and left accommodation."

"The stay is near the famous crossing so you’re going to be near the luxury stores, tourist areas. Prime sport to be at. My room was cleaned every 2 days as part of their rules. Every time I did go back to my room it was neat and clean. My room was high up so I did get a pretty view of the high rise buildings. I’ve stayed here twice and would need convincing to find a different location. My room was small so it did pile up quick if I was buying stuff to take back home so be wary of that if you’re traveling solo. Staff was very accommodating even if I did not require their assistance. They do have a vending machine and laundry room but it does get used up quite often. They have the status of the 2 laundry units on their TVs so you can monitor usage. All in all, would highly recommend staying. "

"Excellent location. 5 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Shopping mall, and many restaurants. Breakfast is the best. Staffs are friendly. The cleanness is 3 stars because there was a musty smell in the room, the towels looked worn out. "

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "

"Great location for Shibuya. We arrived early and got access to our rooms straight away at no additional cost which after a 14hr flight was greatly appreciated. Room had a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, plates and cutlery. Everything you needed."
