"Great staff, very straightforward. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning (with a stamp card) and you be at a cup a night you book with them.
The laundry was amazing, allowing us to pack light and reuse clothes.
Offered house slippers, toothbrush, and robes to start. They only do towel change/ robe change if you let them know with a magnet on your door by 11am and/ or less than 7 nights (then you get full house cleaning).
The area was good, close to Shinsen Station to connect to Shibuya in one stop.
The AC was another amazing part of the room to help beat the Japan heat (Sept time).
The shower tub was very deep to help keep water from splashing and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were good too.
Size of the bed was a queen but felt bigger than normal. The room was definitely small but you still have space to live out of your luggage if you need.
