"Great staff and great rooms"

"Good place to stay "

"The dinner and breakfast were sumptuous and fresh. The staff were polite and the room, White Birch, was big, clean and bright. "

"Everything was great. We would stay at this hotel again."

"Would stay again"

"Very nice and accommodating staff, clean room, nice view and close to airport."

"Clean apartment, lots of space, well appointed. The instruction to enter (check-in) were clear and easy to follow. "

"it is a very cozy cabin, although i did not bring my kid with me, i still found out is is a kids friendly place. "

"This is a beautiful accommodation. Our family of four stayed in the two cabins. It’s in a golf course and nothing else around, but the cabin is so beautiful. Great bath, clean, supercomfy beds and at night so quiet and peaceful. Staff at the golf course very nice and welcoming. If you are driving around Hokkaido this is a great little gem!"

"The room is comfortable. It's close to train station too."

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"The room is excellent. It is so spacious and the facilities are adequate. "
