"Had a great stay at The Langham Hong Kong. The room, service, and overall experience were excellent, and everything met expectations. Staff friendly and helpful! The only issue was with the billing/security deposit process. The hotel charged the deposit to my card and then refunded it after checkout, which resulted in a foreign exchange rate difference and an unnecessary cost. "ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานดูแลดี สถานที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย เดินทางไปจุดอื่นๆง่ายมาก ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง"

"Quite clean and looks new. Air Conditioner can adjust the temp. to colder than other places :)) The staff are helpful. About the location, a bit busy but you can find everything in this building area ; Starbucks, 7-eleven, Supermarket (Aeon), Souvenir shops, Cosmetic shops and many restaurants. Can directly to/from the airport by Bus :))"

What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding and made my stay even more special. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip 💖 The location and facilities were also...

The location is incredibly convenient—directly across from Wanchai MTR station and a short walk from a market. Our room was new, spacious, and had a great city view. We especially liked the free ice machine and the amazing shower, which had...
