"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"
"We enjoyed greatly our time at W. Very close to a mall, tons of dining options within walking distance. Sushisamba tasting menu was an excellent culinary experience. The 360 views from terrace of city are a must see. "

"Our hotel room was huge, with 20 foot ceilings, big windows and a very large bathroom with a shower and separate soaker tub.
The property was close to pubs restaurants and the royal mile and castle.
Staff was friendly and the room was clean with complimentary water.

"Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh."

"The one issue is that a taxi cannot pick you up or drop you off outside the property. But staff are happy to call a taxi and it collects you avout 100 metres away at the corner."
