"Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh."
"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"We stayed at the Albany for 5 nights. Beautiful room. Great neighborhood close to old town and new, trains and trams. If you need more water, towels, a sewing kit or iron they will supply it. Extra bonus tea and cookies in room everyday. I will stay here again."
