Great, economical place to spend the night on our trip in Quebec. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All we needed for an over night stay. If you need a place to sleep for a night on a budget, this is a great option.

My stay was Thursday Aug. 10 x Sunday Aug. 13.

Fast check-in. This motel needs make over. The room was nothing like in the pictures.The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The hairdryer didn’t work and I wasn’t able to use my own. There was no socket to plug in the bedside lamp. The furniture and bedding was old. This motel needs a makeover. I would not stay there again. I would not recommend this motel.

Air conditioning didn't work and no screens in windows. Water stains on ceiling tiles as well as broken ceiling tile. Multiple large stains on carpet. Dirty bathroom floor and walls. Fridge not clean and frost buildup in freezer. However beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh smelling.

The staff member working at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Impressed with her service. When I got to the room, I spent some time determining whether it was clean or not because there were so many scuff and chips in the paint on the walls and fixtures that they looked dirty. The lampshade in the room was vile - dirty with a big hole in it. The main fixtures were clean but it ended there. The ceiling and light fixture were coated with cobwebs and even had dead spiders in them. There were Asian beetles in the room buzzing around as well. It seemed like no one had been in there for some time. I couldn't use the ceiling fan as it was coated in dust - you could see it on the edge of the blades. The doors and windows didn't seem to tightly close as you could hear significant noise from outside the room. This made me feel very unsafe. There was no central smoke detector system, just a detector in the room and a pull alarm. There was also only a partial roll of toilet paper with no extra. I did not book expecting luxury. There were very few alternate accommodations in the city for those two days so I selected it expecting clean and safe. It disappointed on both fronts. A fresh lampshade, a swiffer duster, and a can of paint would have gone a long way in this room.

C'est vraiment décevant que le personnel de l'hôtel nous ait jugé à cause de nos cheveux(locs) en insinuant que nous sommes responsables de ses taies d'oreillers qui sont sales. Les locs ne sont en aucun cas un signe de négligence ou de saleté. Sinon à part ça ,c’était passable . L'air conditionné fonctionne bien
