"Mold in room by door bathtub was so nasty with dirt and grime did not even shower at all turned ac on smelt sttaight like mold our other room was in same conditon had burns on toliet and shower just as nasty blood stains on bed casement that was so ripped and does nothing to protect overall nasty hotel i ever stayed in and front desk attendant was more worried of sitting and watching a show then really even trying to help do not stay unless u want to see spongebob smoking a blunt on the bathroom door "

I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. "
