"Love this place so friendly and welcoming"

"Well located if you need to be near the university, and a decent price for a location with parking and breakfast included."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you"

"Really lovely hotel, great location and was surprised by the size of the room."

"Clean hotel Good location"

"The room was great. The restaurant and staff were wonderful."

"Beautiful hotel with long history located in the heart of the city. Very helpful staff. Very clean and environmentally friendly Breakfast was filling and delicious. Pizza was excellent too! Thanks to hotel staff Angus!"

"This is a conveniently positioned accommodation with a helpful owner living on site. It is reasonably priced and near a bus interchange as well as the tram line. That said, the single beds are tiny. I am 5'6 and feet were over the endand it was so narrow I could barely turn over. They need replacing. The en suite was OK, cramped and a small shower, but ok for one night. The exit rules were unusual! You have a key code, exit via the fire escape and through a beer garden which as the pub doesn't...

"Nice clean room,"

"Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff."

"**Disappointing Cleanliness and Swimming Pool Facilities, but Helpful Staff** We recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Quays Hotel Sheffield. "NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...
